Nature-Inspired Art Therapy for Women

Online group workshops and individual programmes across the UK and beyond

Sometimes life no longer feels quite right. After years of caring for others and putting yourself aside, you may feel disconnected and unsure what you need next.

I support women to slow down, create space, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle art-making, visualisation and nature, you can explore what matters to you, find calm, and build self-understanding.

Ways to work together

Creative workshops – small, nature-themed group spaces combining relaxation, visualisation and simple art-making

1:1 programme – a six-week journey, Creating New Pathways, for exploring what feels stuck and finding a way forward

This is not an art class. No experience or materials are needed. The focus is on reflection, creativity and what unfolds when you’re given time, space and support.

Over time, many women feel calmer, more grounded, and more able to trust themselves.

Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a registered art therapist with 15 years’ experience. My work is shaped by my own journey through chronic illness, where art, visualisation and nature helped me reconnect with myself.

Now based in the North York Moors, I bring these elements together to offer gentle, supportive spaces for women to feel more like themselves again.
