Nature-Inspired Art Therapy for Women
Online group workshops and individual programmes across the UK and beyond
I’m Sarah — alongside my printmaking and writing practice at Nettle Cottage Prints, I also work as an art therapist, offering gentle, nature-inspired spaces for women to slow down, listen to and reconnect with themselves.
Sometimes life no longer feels quite right. After years of caring for others and putting yourself aside, you may feel disconnected from yourself and unsure what you need next.
Through art-making, visualisation, and connection with the natural world, I support women to create space for reflection, explore what matters to them, and find a greater sense of calm and self-understanding.
Ways to work together
Creative workshops – small, nature-themed group spaces combining relaxation, visualisation and simple art-making
1:1 programme – a six-week journey, Creating New Pathways, for exploring what feels stuck and finding a way forward
This is not an art class. No experience or materials are needed. The focus is on reflection, creativity and what unfolds when you’re given time, space and support.
Over time, many women feel calmer, more grounded, and more able to trust themselves.
Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a registered art therapist with 15 years’ experience. My work is shaped by my own journey through chronic illness, where art, visualisation and nature helped me reconnect with myself.
Now based in the North York Moors, I bring these elements together to offer gentle, supportive spaces for women to feel more like themselves again.
